Remember a loved one or honor an occasion
Whether in remembrance of a loved one, acknowledging a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, birthday, anniversary or just to say "thank you" consider Tzedakah. Congregation Or Atid offers a variety of funds to choose from as shown below.
Making a donation is easy!
Donations online:
Using your credit card, simply click on the "Donate" button next to the fund you wish to contribute.
If your gift is in honor or memory of someone:
Select the dedicate option on the payment page and provide dedication information there
Donations by mail:
Fill out and mail the attached donation form with your check.

Light of the Future Fund
Donations to this fund help with the day to day operations of the synagogue.
Bookplate
Dedicate a prayer book to a friend or loved one and a bookplate will be inserted with your personal inscription. Each time the prayer book is opened, your dedication will be reaffirmed. Bookplate donations (minimum $50) will go to the Light of the Future fund. Please write out the dedication inscription as you would like to see it on the bookplate and note that space is limited. Please contact our treasurer if you have any questions.
Accessibility For All Fund
Or Atid makes every effort to provide universal access to synagogue life for congregants of all ages and abilities. Donations to this fund allows us to continue to improve our physical space as well as support programs and initiatives enhancing synagogue inclusion and awareness.
Rabbi's Discretionary Fund
Donations to this fund allow the Rabbi to provide special assistance to synagogue members in need, within the greater community or for other purposes deemed important by the Rabbi.
Dr. A.W. Finestone Memorial Fund
Donations to this fund allow the synagogue to provide Israel-related programming of interest to the congregation as well as to the wider community.
Linda Anne Cohen Sisterhood Fund
Donations made to this fund will be used to support Sisterhood sponsored programs. These program are open to all.
George Perla Library Fund
Donations to this fund support the purchase of books for our library.
The Ruth Yavner Memorial Adult Education Fund
Donations to this fund are used to support both educational and social programming such as Torah midrash study, cooking programs, author talks and more.
Kiddush Sponsorship
The feeling of family, words of inspiration, Torah thoughts, and delicious food, all create a stronger community. Sponsoring a Kiddush is a great way to honor a loved one or acknowledge an occasion.
Founders Fund
Established by our Or Atid founders, donations to this fund support the purchase of ritual-related items.
Security Fund
Donations to this fund support the investment in important safety and security measures at Or Atid. This includes physical building needs as well as the hiring of a security guard at some holidays and special events.
Yad Chesed
Or Atid's Yad Chesed committee supports members of our community in times of need. Although most needs are met generously by our committee members, there are times when an additional financial cost is necessary to allow us to supplement committee members contributions.
