Amidst rising antisemitism, many local communities are struggling with how to respond and determine what is actually antisemitism. The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) penned a Working Definition of Antisemitism 14 years ago. In the US, the debate about the Definition is on-going with many American Jews unfamiliar with it yet.
