Take a few minutes from your Passover preparation to join fellow congregant and yoga teacher, Marca Katz, for a gentle practice, joining the body, breath, and mind. Give yourself the gift of self-care as you focus your attention inward, stepping away from the stresses of your day. This will be an all-levels flow class, with opportunity to modify as needed.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
Afterwards, walk outside and watch Rabbi Polisson complete The Burning of Chametz. Bring a small portion of chametz to burn and to symbolically rid yourself of your personal Egypts.
