Director of Education & Youth Engagement

As Or Atid's Director of Education and Youth Engagement, Cantor Jeri Robins directs our Religious School, supervises our Youth Programs and will help Rabbi Finestone lead monthly Friday night musical Kabbalat Shabbat services throughout the year. 

Cantor Robins most recently served at Temple Beth Shalom in Peabody as the Cantor/Director of Education. She also was a Hebrew Coordinator and teacher at Temple Beth Shalom in Needham. In addition to her duties at Or Atid, she serves as Cantor at Congregation Beth Israel in Worcester.   

A native of Ohio, Cantor Robins came to the Boston area as a teenager. She graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree and attended the MIT/Sloan School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Corporate Strategy. She earned her Master's degree in Jewish Education and Cantorial Ordination from Hebrew College in 2013.

Cantor Robins and her husband, Steve, have a son and a daughter, Corey and Jordan, and a Havanese dog, Fiyero. She brings her impressive credentials, creativity and much enthusiasm to Jewish education at Or Atid.
