Help support Or Atid and jump-start your Seder preparations! With Passover just
around the corner (Tuesday, March 30) many of you will be washing down your matzot
and gefilte fish with a glass or two of the numerous wines that are now being made
Kosher style. Choose from a wide variety of fine, competitively priced, Kosher for
Passover wines, including your favorite sacramental ones such as Manischewitz and
Kedem, from all over the world all in one place.

Or Atid's Magical Purim Celebration for All Ages!

We’ll wear our costumes proudly,
And drown out HAMAN loudly!
Put your imagination to work and come dressed in a “magical” costume of your choice!
A unique family-friendly Megillah Reading for adults and children @ 6:15 pm
Followed by a magic show for all ages featuring the amazing magic of Award winning magician, George Saterial
Magic show followed by lots of yummy hamantaschen and desserts!

Bring your family and friends to join us in our community celebrations at Or Atid. All are welcome!

The Church that Reached Out to Holocaust Survivors
A documentary presented by filmmaker Judith C. Faust, who will be leading a discussion of the film afterwards.

Israeli Art Show at Congregation Or Atid

Three artists representing 11 other Israeli artisans will be showing their work in the Lobby at Congregation Or Atid.  These exhibits have been shown at Arts and Craft's studios in old Jaffa and Tel Aviv!  Come see silver knitting, Judaica jewelry, panoramic photos of Israel, glass work, marionettes, paintings, leather work, soft toys and more.

Art Show dates are April 11, 12 and 14 and will be open to the public for 2 days only on April 11th from 11am-2pm and April 13th, 8-9pm

Iran's Nuclear Defiance: A View From Washington

On April 13 at 8:00pm, Congregation Or Atid and The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) invite you to hear congressional expert Nate Beecher address the threat emanating from Iran, the global and US responses, and the state of the US-Israel relationship. Nate is the Political Director of AIPAC, New England, and most recently AIPAC’s Senior Political Analyst in Washington, DC. Admission is free.  RSVP 508-399-2562 or NEREG@AIPAC.ORG. Kindergarten Open House at Congregation Or Atid, April 14, 4-5pm

WAYLAND, MA 2010 -- If your child is entering kindergarten next year, come to our special kindergarten open house! Parents and pre-K students are invited to a special class with our gifted Kindergarten teacher, Sara Abramovitz who will explain our  first year program.  In this sample class we’ll read stories, participate in fun activities, sing songs, do an arts and crafts project and have a small snack.   The Rabbi and members from our education committee will be available for questions.  Siblings welcome.  Membership not required to participate in our Kindergarten and first grade programs.  Ask us for details.  RSVP by calling 508-358-9623.
